AI Usage Disclosure
Last updated: July 5, 2026
We believe in being transparent about how artificial intelligence is used in our work — for our own marketing and for client engagements.
This page was prepared for production review and requires attorney review before launch. It is not legal advice.
1. How we use AI
AI tools assist our team in the following areas:
- Research acceleration: market research, competitor analysis, search-intent mapping, and data synthesis.
- Content drafting: first drafts of website copy, SEO content, and social content — always reviewed, edited, fact-checked, and approved by a human before publication.
- Workflow automation: lead intake summaries, internal checklists, reporting preparation, and follow-up system drafts.
- Technical assistance: code generation and optimization for websites we build, reviewed by humans before deployment.
2. AI on this website
Our website chat may be answered in part by an AI assistant trained on our services and processes. It is always labeled as an assistant, it cannot quote final pricing or enter agreements on our behalf, and you can request a human team member at any time. Conversations may be reviewed by our team to respond to your inquiry and improve service quality.
3. Where humans stay in control
- Strategy, positioning decisions, and recommendations are made by people, not models.
- All published content is human-reviewed and approved.
- Client communication comes from real team members.
- No fully automated decisions are made about clients or leads.
4. What we do not do with AI
- We do not publish unreviewed AI-generated content on client sites or our own.
- We do not use AI to fabricate reviews, testimonials, case study metrics, or credentials.
- We do not feed client confidential information into AI tools that train on user data without consent.
- We do not use AI to impersonate people.
5. Client engagements
If AI-assisted workflows are part of a client engagement (for example, AI-assisted follow-up or content systems), the scope, tools, and human review process are described in the Statement of Work. Clients can ask us at any time how AI was used in their deliverables.
