Last updated: July 5, 2026
This policy explains what personal information The Mars Art (d/b/a The Mars Art Marketing) collects through themarsartmarketing.com, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.
This page was prepared for production review and requires attorney review before launch. It is not legal advice.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly and limited technical data:
- Form submissions: name, email, phone (optional), business name, website URL, industry, revenue range, marketing challenges, timeline, budget comfort, and message content.
- Consent records: your email and SMS contact consent selections and timestamps.
- Campaign data: UTM parameters and click identifiers (e.g., utm_source, gclid) when you arrive from a link that contains them.
- Technical data: anonymized analytics such as pages visited and approximate region, if analytics tools are enabled.
We never ask for passwords, account credentials, Social Security numbers, or payment card details through our forms.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and diagnostic requests.
- To evaluate fit and prepare recommendations before a discovery call.
- To send communications you have consented to receive.
- To understand which marketing channels bring visitors (UTM attribution).
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. SMS/text message consent
SMS consent is optional, separate from email consent, and never pre-checked. If you opt in, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of purchase. You can reply STOP at any time to cancel or HELP for help. We record the exact consent language and version you agreed to, along with a timestamp. SMS consent is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate:
- Hosting and infrastructure (e.g., Vercel).
- Our customer relationship management (CRM) and scheduling platform, which stores your inquiry, consent records, and appointment details so we can respond and manage your engagement.
- Email and SMS delivery services, used only in accordance with your consent selections.
- Analytics providers, where enabled and only with your cookie consent.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Cookies and tracking
