Results Disclaimer
Last updated: July 17, 2026
This page consolidates, in one place, exactly what The Mars Art (DBA The Mars Art Marketing) does and does not promise about marketing results. We would rather set honest expectations before an engagement than manage disappointment after one.
This page was prepared for production review and requires attorney review before launch. It is not legal advice.
1. No guaranteed outcomes
The Mars Art Marketing does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, ROI, map-pack placement, AI search visibility, indexing, social growth, ad results, or conversion increases. We do not control Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Shopify, AI search platforms, review platforms, ad platforms, algorithms, or competitor behavior.
Any business that guarantees you rankings, map-pack placement, lead volume, or revenue is guaranteeing something it does not control. We do not make those guarantees — in writing, in sales conversations, or anywhere else.
2. Organic marketing takes time
Organic SEO, local positioning, content authority, reputation building, and customer trust take time. The Mars Art Marketing does not promise overnight rankings, instant leads, instant revenue, or guaranteed outcomes.
Local SEO, content authority, reputation, and market positioning compound over months, not days. Early signals often appear sooner, but durable results are earned. If your situation requires faster lead flow, we will say so honestly — that usually involves paid media, which carries its own costs and risks.
3. Estimates are not quotes
All pricing is a starting estimate based on researched 2026 agency and service market ranges. Final pricing depends on project complexity, market competition, page count, location count, service count, content depth, media needs, integrations, timeline, third-party tools, AI credits, contractor and specialist involvement, management scope, and contract duration. Final deliverables and price are confirmed only in a signed Statement of Work.
Every price range published on this website — including any preliminary range shown in the Growth Diagnostic results — is a U.S.-market starting estimate, not an offer or a quote. Final pricing and scope are confirmed only through discovery, a written proposal, and a signed Statement of Work.
4. The preliminary diagnostic result is directional
The Growth Diagnostic questionnaire on this website produces a preliminary growth direction based entirely on your self-reported answers. It is not an audit, a promise, or a professional analysis of your actual data. Verifying it requires access to your analytics, search data, and market — that verification is what the paid diagnostic engagement is for. A diagnostic never includes implementation or a full website.
5. Deliverables and examples
Deliverables shown are examples, not guaranteed inclusions. Final deliverables are defined in a signed Statement of Work.
Performance metrics are shown only when verified.
6. Third-party costs and platforms
Client is responsible for all third-party costs unless explicitly included in the signed Statement of Work. This includes domains, hosting, themes, plugins, apps, CRM, call tracking, email/SMS tools, SEO tools, analytics tools, AI credits, ad spend, stock media, photography, video, editing, marketplace fees, subscriptions, taxes, contractors, specialist labor, and platform fees.
We also do not control third-party platforms. Google, Meta, review platforms, AI search platforms, and ad networks change their algorithms, policies, and pricing without notice, and those changes can affect your results regardless of the quality of the work performed.
7. Client responsibilities affect results
Marketing outcomes depend in part on things only you control: responding to leads promptly, honoring appointments, service quality, pricing competitiveness, granting timely platform access, providing accurate business information, and approving work within agreed timelines. An engagement's Statement of Work defines these responsibilities. Results described anywhere on this site assume they are met.
8. Paid media
Paid advertising results depend on budget, market, competition, offer strength, landing-page quality, and platform behavior. Ad spend is always a client-paid third-party cost and is never included in management fees unless a signed Statement of Work says otherwise. Spending money on ads does not guarantee leads or profitable returns.
9. Where these terms are binding
This page is a plain-language summary for transparency. The binding versions of these disclaimers live in our Terms of Serviceand in each client's signed Statement of Work. If this page and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls. See also our Statement of Work overview and Pricing.
